Affirmations For Overcoming Failure.

Affirmations are now popular on the internet these days and it’s for a reason. Our mind is a crazy powerful thing- that when we can fill it with good stuff, good stuff happens! I’m telling you, it works!
Bad things happen and they happen to all of us. We all fail at some point, but we all should know that failure is simply another step towards success.

Therefore, today I am going to give us ways in which we can overcome failure through affirmations.

Every morning before you step out of your room or house, before or after saying your morning prayers. Or it can be when your spirit is troubled or down. You take a sitting position or any position comfortable to you-stand in front of a mirror and look yourself in the eyes. Take three deep breaths, inhaling and exhaling to a count of 10. Smile if it feels natural and say your affirmations or list of positive affirmations slowly and clearly, repeating them 3 to 5 times.

Here are the affirmations:

  1. This is just another stepping stone towards success.
  2. I’m strong enough to push through this.
  3. One door closed means another better door will open.
  4. I have faith that everything you will work out.
  5. I’ll keep going.
  6. I’m worth amazing success.
  7. This trial is a gift.
  8. I feel that I’m growing.
  9. This is just an opportunity for me to bloom.
  10. Today’s failure helps me create success tomorrow.
  11. I am amazing.
  12. I am strong.
  13. I am determined.
  14. I’m grateful for every experience.
  15. I know that this makes me stronger.

In addition, you have to really focus on the meaning of each words. Talk another three deep breaths after saying one, allowing your body to absorb the positive feeling of the affirmation.

NOTE: It’s important to set aside a specific time that you dedicate to your affirmations. They are less powerful if you rush through them on the way out of the door. It has to be truly visualised and felt.

Stay blessed.
